Refund and Returns Policy
General Refunds:
We do not accept returns of products purchased through Livea180 unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If damaged or defective items are received, please email to support@livea180.com with the following:
1.) A copy of your receipt.
2.) Picture of the product.
3.) Lot number if defective.
4.) All requests must be received within 30 days of receipt of product.
*Livea180 will issue a refund on the product(s) per refund guidelines.
Please note that in warmer months, there is some risk that that the Livea180 Meal Replacement Bars will arrive melted. Unfortunately, we cannot control the temperature and conditions the bars are subjected to once they leave our fulfillment center. We do not consider these items defective or damaged and this return policy does not apply to them. See warmer weather product care tips under FAQ: Shipping.
