Specifically, we do not recommend starting the program if you are currently pregnant, have been diagnosed with medical conditions including kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, undergoing treatment for cancer of if you have been diagnosed with or treated for an eating disorder in the last 6 months.

Before starting a weight loss plan, please consult your healthcare provider about any prescription medications, such as diabetes medications and high blood pressure medications.

We do not recommend starting a weight loss plan during your pregnancy.

Livea offers meal plans that are appropriate for people with diabetes and are designed to deliver consistent carbohydrates throughout the day. We recommend that you consult your healthcare provider prior to starting a weight loss program so they can monitor your individual needs.

I have had gastric bypass, can I go on the Program?
Livea180 is able to help you achieve and maintain your weight loss goals, even if you have undergone gastric bypass. We recommend that you consult your healthcare provider prior to starting a weight loss program so they can monitor you appropriately.

What if I receive damaged product?
Damaged or Defective Items:
If damaged or defective items are received, please email to support@livea180.com with the following:1.) A copy of your receipt.
2.) Picture of the product.
3.) Lot number if defective.
4.) All requests must be received within 30 days of receipt of product.Please note that in warmer months, there is some risk that that the Livea180 Meal Replacement Bars will arrive melted. Unfortunately, we cannot control the temperature and conditions the bars are subjected to once they leave our fulfillment center. We do not consider these items defective or damaged and this return policy does not apply to them. See warmer weather product care tips under FAQ: Shipping.

How do I protect my order from the heat?
When it’s 75 degrees or warmer outside and your order contains Livea180 bars coated with chocolate, there are steps you can take to reduce the risk of melting chocolate.
Upon Receipt of Your Delivery
Without touching or handling the individual bars, place the bar boxes in your refrigerator for one hour. They will re-harden and suffer no loss of nutrition. While they may not look pretty, they will still be delicious!

What other steps will help with my delivery, especially with warmer weather?
Be home for delivery
Choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package so it doesn’t sit outside in the heat.
Pro Tip: If the box feels warm, open immediately to expose your bars to cooler indoor air. If the chocolate has softened, give it a chance to firm up again before handling further.

What steps do you take to protect my order during warmer weather?
Shipping may be delayed to protect your products
If necessary, your order will be held in our controlled warehouse to avoid additional transit time over the weekend. Keep in mind, your package may travel through areas much hotter than your location, weather forecasts can change, packages can sit in warehouses and delivery trucks may be 10° warmer (or more) than outside.

We will send you a friendly reminder to customize your next order 3 weeks after you order your Welcome Kit.

Clients on the Livea 180 program must be 18 years of age or older.

Yes, you can absolutely pause your subscription.
